Maintenance Factor |
The brightness of all lighting lamps and ballasts may decrease as they aged. Due to this, it is designed with higher brightness than actually required brightness at the beginning of design by considering the time of dimming the brightness of lighting and the life of a ramp and stabilizer during the designing of lighting installation.
Designing lighting installation considering the life of lighting brightness is called as design for Maintenance Factor (M.F).
Applying Maintenance Factor is occurrence of Surplus Power by designing of excessive intensity illumination. Energy saving is possible through Intelligent Lighting Control System which is enabled to control the Surplus Power intellectually. |
